In my Movement Consultation in Zurich, you’ll receive expert, personalised, and solution-oriented guidance. Together, we’ll create a realistic and tailored activity plan, based on your current health status, symptoms, and goals.

  • Practical, everyday movement suggestions – even with low energy or limited capacity

  • Guidance on motivation, behavioural change, and long-term integration

Who is it for?

This service is designed for adults living with chronic health conditions or risk factors, such as:

  • Obesity / overweight

  • High blood pressure (arterial hypertension)

  • Type 2 diabetes & prediabetes

  • Fatty liver / hyperlipidaemia (elevated blood lipids)

  • COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)

  • Chronic fatigue / fatigue syndrome

  • Physical stress syndrome

  • Mild to moderate depression

  • Osteoporosis
     

You are also very welcome if you’ve been inactive for a longer period or feel unsure about returning to physical activity.
