I’ve always struggled with stiffness in my neck and shoulders. Years of sitting at school, university, and work, combined with stress and a genetic predisposition led to recurring back pain from a young age. While massages gave me short-term relief, only dry needling with Hong has truly made a lasting difference. The tension dissolves, the pain improves for weeks or even months, and I feel like a new person afterwards!
