1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, treatments, and offers provided by the practice of Hong Zheng. By registering for or making use of any service, these terms are deemed accepted. The Terms and Conditions apply to the initial session as well as to all subsequent consultations.
2. Billing and Cost Coverage
If a valid medical prescription is provided and all required information is complete and correct, the invoice will be submitted directly to the responsible insurance provider (e.g. health or accident insurance).
If necessary information is missing or incomplete, direct billing is not possible. In such cases, the invoice will be issued to the individual for private payment.
Consumable items used during treatment (e.g. tapes, dry needling needles) are not covered by insurance and must be paid for by the client.
3. Appointments and Cancellation Policy
Scheduled appointments are binding.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
In the event of short-notice cancellations or failure to attend, the reserved time will be charged privately.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices for privately provided services are issued either directly after the session or as a collective invoice. Payment is due within 20 days unless otherwise agreed. In case of delayed payment, reminder fees may be charged and debt collection proceedings may be initiated.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Professional liability insurance is in place for any incidents caused by staff members of the practice.
6. Data Protection and Retention
Personal data – especially health-related information – is treated confidentially and in accordance with the applicable Swiss data protection legislation (revDSG).
Unless otherwise specified, personal data is stored only as long as required by law or necessary for the provision of services. After this period, the data is securely deleted.
