Insurance coverage
If you have a medical prescription, the costs for physiotherapy are usually covered by your basic health insurance, accident insurance, or military insurance. The prescription must be valid, signed, stamped, and no older than five weeks.
If your prescription has already expired, you can simply request a new one from your doctor. In the case of accidents, we also require an accident report from your accident insurance provider.
Typically, a prescription includes nine sessions. Billing is handled directly with the insurance company.
Private Rates
If you prefer to receive treatment without a medical prescription, you are welcome to do so as a self-paying client.
In this case, the costs are not covered by the health insurance and you will be charged privately.

Payment
Payment is possible via TWINT, card, cash, or invoice.
Package fees must be paid in advance.
Cancellation Policy
If something unexpected comes up, please cancel the appointment as early as possible so the time slot can be offered to other patients.
For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no-shows, the full fee will be charged.
